Our $180 introductory semaglutide care includes a telehealth physician evaluation and the first month of compounded semaglutide 1 mg/1 mL when prescribed. The offer includes the medication, appropriate dosing supplies and cold-packed shipping.
New patients who choose tirzepatide pay the price of the prescribed tirzepatide medication. There is no separate new-patient, membership or access fee. Tirzepatide pricing varies based on the prescribed dose, formulation and dispensing pharmacy, and the expected cost is reviewed before you proceed.
After the $180 introductory month, current compounded semaglutide medication prices range from $200 to $285 based on the total amount prescribed. Current compounded tirzepatide medication prices range from $234.99 to $399.99. The exact medication, dose, formulation, dispensing pharmacy and expected cost are reviewed with you before payment.
Northern Colorado Medical works with U.S.-based, state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Each partner pharmacy is LegitScript certified and prepares patient-specific medication pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not generic or identical versions of FDA-approved brand-name medications.

Medical Evaluation First
A Colorado-licensed, board-certified physician reviews your medical history, current medications, treatment goals and potential risks before recommending treatment. A prescription is issued only when medically appropriate and is not guaranteed.
Review Costs Before Proceeding
Medication costs vary based on the prescribed dose, formulation and dispensing pharmacy. We review the available options, expected costs and next steps before you decide whether to proceed. Medication is not charged until the physician evaluation has been completed and a valid prescription has been issued.
Self-Pay and Payment Options
Northern Colorado Medical does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA and CareCredit are accepted, and a superbill is available upon request. Any insurance reimbursement is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed. There are no memberships, annual fees, access fees or automatic recurring charges.

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin involved in numerous enzyme reactions, including processes related to metabolism and nervous-system function.
Glycine is an amino acid the body uses to make proteins and other compounds involved in normal biological processes.
