Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved and is not a generic or identical version of Zepbound® or Mounjaro®. Formulations and concentrations may vary by pharmacy and prescription.

Response to tirzepatide varies. Weight changes can depend on starting weight, prescribed dose, treatment duration, nutrition, physical activity and individual medical factors.
