Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved and is not a generic or identical version of Wegovy® or Ozempic®. Formulations and concentrations may vary by pharmacy and prescription.

Response to semaglutide varies. Weight changes can depend on starting weight, prescribed dose, treatment duration, nutrition, physical activity and individual medical factors.

Clinical studies of FDA-approved semaglutide products have reported weight loss when treatment is combined with reduced-calorie nutrition and increased physical activity. Those results are specific to the product, dose and patient population studied and should not be assumed for compounded semaglutide.

4. Receive your medication and supplies
   The dispensing pharmacy prepares the patient-specific prescription and ships it with dosing instructions and appropriate supplies.

5. Continue with follow-up care
   Your progress, tolerance and dosing are monitored through secure telehealth and patient messaging.
