All appointments are completed through secure telehealth; NCM does not operate a walk-in clinic. Patients in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Greeley, Wellington and surrounding Northern Colorado communities can receive care from home.
$180 Introductory Semaglutide Care
Our $180 introductory care includes a telehealth physician evaluation and the first month of compounded semaglutide 1 mg/1 mL when prescribed.
Northern Colorado Medical offers transparent self-pay pricing with no memberships, access fees or automatic recurring charges. HSA/FSA and CareCredit are accepted. We do not bill insurance, but a superbill is available upon request.
Medication costs after the introductory offer vary based on the prescribed dose, formulation and dispensing pharmacy. We review the available options and expected cost with you before you decide whether to proceed.

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Treatment Options
Northern Colorado Medical provides physician-supervised evaluation and follow-up for semaglutide and tirzepatide when clinically appropriate. Although both medications affect appetite and fullness, they act through different pathways.
